      Pros

      Crews are vey enjoyable to work with. Senior VP is very personable and seems to listen

      Cons

      Most supervisors are VERY inexperienced, some not even licensed. Inconsistant rules HR is there to "help" you but would rather ignore you. Management does not know state rules and regulations for field.

      Love the people who are boots on the ground. Great work environment and always glad to see coworkers.

      Cons

      Upper management don't seem to care.
