Flexible, positive culture, great salary, open to new ideas. Having worked at MedComp for almost a year, I cannot provide a more positive review. Unlike my experiences in similar positions I immediately felt like a contributing member of the team- I did not feel I had to prove myself to be respected and valued. Awful PTO, not many holidays, no flexibility in work schedule. Need to wait 90 days for medical benefits, because so many people quit in the first 3 months. Absolutely no bonuses, even if the company has several "great years" in a row.
