People/coworkers are good. Other than that you don't expect anything.
Cons
Hardly any performance related increase in salary/ promotion They save money from not promoting deserved employees and spend lavishly elsewhere. High internal politics. Partiality and favoritism. You will be treated badly if you are not an executive or part of sales team. They get work from you. Hire someone who is totally not related to the job. Make them learn from you and put them your boss :)
