10yThank you for your positive comments about Medidata’s space and feel; culture is everything to us! As our employees know, we live and breathe our mission and we believe it makes for dedicated and motivated workers. To address your point about not being able to express problems, we have an anonymous "Ask Exec" feature which allows employees to raise issues to executives, which gives us visibiilty into where we need to drill down. Managers who are struggling are given coaching and development opportunities, which may not be visible to others. The HR Business Partners work behind the scenes with these leaders and most recently we added several staff to our team to improve the coverage of HR to line management.
