      Pros

      Medifab care, they care about their customers, the clients and their staff. Have never had leave questioned, been given opportunities to grow and the team lunches are a bonus!

      Cons

      Nothing unique to medifab, just the grind of life can make things hard at times but even Medifab offer access to clear head an external resource for mental well-being

      More face-to-face time with colleagues across different offices would be appreciated for a broader selection of staff, encouraging connectedness, which they are already starting to do.
