Pros
Fairly new to company, in observation I have noticed the Company is good about promoting from within. " Excellent Customer service" (externally and internally) is high on the list of "must do". Though hired from the outside, I was given excellent intense training and feel I am a contributing member of the company already. The benefits and perks are a definite plus to being employed. I Look forward to growing with company and learning more about work/Life balance..
Cons
Misunderstanding of what working hours would be in pre-hire process. But given the customer service company provides, the amount of evening hours scheduled is understandable, Management does try to adjust employees schedules in special circumstances. Not as many perks at satellite location as at corporate, but that is to be expected.
