Depending on the department, Medifast/OPTAVIA is a great place to work. Good work/life balance. Great people. Great culture. Great healthcare and financial benefits. Excellent mission statement that really makes your job fulfilling. The business is also booming.
Cons
No company is perfect. With any job or situation, your attitude can make or break your experience. Otherwise you'll never be satisfied and enjoy what you do or who you are with. With the business growing so quickly, so come the growing pains. There has been some "catch-up" that requires a little more effort from everyone at the moment. The hiring process takes a long time too which can contribute to frustrations at times; however, the long process is worth it as most of those hired are skilled for their positions and stay on for years, making it easier in the long run for all.
