Upper management is a joke. They expect the centers to double revenue month over month by contacting 5 year old leads and members that have completed the program. They want our clients to fail in order to increase revenue. When a client requests to be taken off the call list, upper management expects the center manager to call and see why they want to be taken off list. Can we say harassment?
