Hashtag #BlackLeadership Our CEO is incredibly lively and rarely appears stressed or worried. And, if you are a potential employee who cares about the progress of the company they are going to work for that can be reassuring. Believe me. He is always smiling. Our President is an amazing dancer and also enjoys people. If you are wondering what that has to do with working here? Cons
There's a slight disconnect from the levels in the company with ELT. They are great at what they do, but you rarely have a second to engage with them. I say this for those who are looking to improve and advance their knowledge in the industry. I can't say the doors are not open as they have a mentoring program. However, I often find connections to the workforce are stronger when they are engaging outside of a program. If you do not like working behind the scenes, then you may not like the effort you are required to put in with Medifast. A lot of the work we do is accomplished behind the curtain. Yet, there are positions here that are hands on so, pick your season. There could be better options to invest in the company you are pouring into. That information is like out there in the universe. Bonus percentages could be divided more evenly. That's more personal than a con. They do pretty well here, actually. For the most part, you can grow, yet I have seen the ball get dropped a few times and that makes me question so ask about that in your interview. Some of the different components of the company feel like Hogwarts houses during major events. They're all great people and teams, but it can feel awkward if you aren't in the right common house for someone just starting.
