Pros
Great atmosphere to work in, especially with the way we are helping people everyday. This position was pretty demanding because of the rapid growth of the company at the time. You are able to develop in the role and management will prepare you for the next role.
Cons
The overall strategy and direction of the company seems to be shakey at times. With rapid growth comes movement and momentum, sometimes not being capitalized by leadership to be in front of the curve with new trends, systems, and creative direction.
