      Pros

      The other agents who work there are actually really good people who are all on the same page.

      Cons

      Management is mostly related or long time friends. They will promise you a high income and then cut significant amounts of earning potential. Dishonest and shady management who only care about production and will actively work against agents to increase profits by lowering agent commissions.

      Nice Office space Free Friday lunches Get out early on Fridays Excellent training program residuals after 2 years, but they will probably let you go before then Good on going coaching program

      disrespectful managers don't care about the clients, just their bottom line Constant Metrics to hit bonuses, but only 5% actually gets the bonus
