      Weekends and holidays off. The coworkers are really nice. They do in house activities to celebrate holidays.

      Low pay. Constant changes in policies. Inconsistent communication between management.

      They work with you to accommodate your schedule. A lot of sick, vacation and personal time off.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Someone in upper management is constanly lying and making up excuses but you could tell she doesn’t know anything.
