Dear EMR and EHR Specalist, Thank you for your positie reviews about our company. As you know, we want to be the best most innovative company in healthcare field. We work very hard to maintain this. In your review you expressed concerns about limited opportunities as a developer. I know you are aware that we have an open door policy so such concerns should be shared with us or I so that we can try to do something about this. I did take the time to speak to some developers today and they mention something exact opposite. The comments I am told are: 1. Ability to work in multiple technologies. 2. Ownership believes in R&D 3. Ownership believes in automation 4. The company offers 2-3 days a month as training only days 5. Latest gadgets to try to develop on are available in multiple quantities. 6. They do pb, vb, vc, java, python, .net, c#, android, ios, c and work on multiple databases. 7. The hiring criteria are pretty strict so people who do not meet them will end up doing something else in the company.
