Medix is an amazing company to work for and there are many reasons why. First and foremost, the culture is unbeatable. Teammates are always willing to lock arms with the goal of improving our business and positively impacting lives. Overall, it's a fast-faced, high energetic setting that always challenges employees to think a step ahead. Medix demands excellence (in a good way), which shows by the drive of every teammate. Everyone is constantly thinking about how we can improve our processes to make the greatest impact. Giving back to national and local organizations, along with being involved in the community is important to Medix, which brings me to my next point. Our team truly cares about impacting others, in and outside of Medix! We have the opportunity to take a full day of PTO to give back to our local community as a team and the ability to donate to organizations we're passionate about. We focus on impacting tomorrow's workforce by being involved with organizations dedicated to preparing children and teenagers for their future, which is more important than ever. Knowing that I can actually make an impact on someone's future is a great feeling. Finally, there are so many opportunities to grow as a professional at Medix. Not only can teammates move up the ladder on a relativity quick basis, but there are so many Medix 'veterans' willing to help out.
