They sent me to the Valley hospital NJ.Three days I worked hard there, staff were super nice with me, but the manager was not a friendly person to begin with.
I asked to change my shift to another shift which they offered me first day. She checked the schedule and then she decided it didn't work for them then instead of talking to me she called Medix and complained that I'm not a right fit. After working hard all day on my way home I received a call from Medix that hospital didn't want me, so do not return to work tomorrow. Really?
After all that interview trips medical check up for tuberculosis etc. No wonder why that job ad is running for months and months. Pay rate was too low as compared to the market. Hospitals hire through them, because it's easier for them to let you go whenever they think their budget or schedule doesn't work well.
Also, because they don't want to offer you any benefits.If you need a serious job then don't rely on agencies.
