Pros
It’s remote work and great team environment! Also ok base salary with bonus incentives! The owners are innovative and want you to succeed. If you are an entrepreneur type this is a great place for you! Management is open to new processes. And overall it’s cool to be part of a new company!
Cons
Not good work life balance. Prepare to work 60 hour weeks. It’s also very hard to make placements here mainly because they are a newer company who doesn’t have a ton of established clients yet. With an oversaturated market it’s a tough sell to candidates. Management can give inconsistent messages one day they are praising you the next making threats that you will be replaced unless you meet their unrealistic expectations
