Time there was short but sweet - Inventory Coordinator Medprep Consulting Group Employee Review

-Being part of a team that creates a healthy and safe environment for hundreds of thousands of people attending all different events (athletic, musical, social, etc.) throughout the year -Ability to prioritize, manage, and perform my work independently but also having a team to reach out to for support, advice, and/or guidance when I need it -Working with experts in many fields (medical, logistics, event management, IT, etc.) that are willing to share their knowledge and experience -Opportunities for personal and professional growth due to the education you receive in an enormous range of topics and expertise -Intelligent, interesting, passionate, hard-working, caring, and friendly co-workers who want the best for me both at work and in my personal life -Rewarded for my hard work in a variety of ways (raises, bonuses, commendations, etc.) -An atmosphere that promotes and encourages new ideas -Working at a well-established and highly respected company that is still seeking further expansion -Having fun; we have rooftop parties, bbqs, go out for lunch/dinner together, we dance and sing in the office, and have an office dog to pet and play with

-Employee turnover rate has been high; MedPrep has not always hired the right people for a job -Until their recent departure, an upper management employee was failing to educate and welcome new employees properly, was not giving current employees the support they needed to succeed, and was treating employees poorly...their departure has definitely been beneficial to the company and all of us that work here -We sometimes work long hours particularly during our client's busy seasons (mid-March to mid-November)

By far this has been my favorite job. I love working in the event medicine field. I get to meet and work with new people almost every weekend and provide amazing care to participants all over the country. MedPrep by far provides the highest level of medical care and safety for our clients by far in the field of event medicine. Dr. Weiss' background in event medicine and Incident Command experience is second to none. MedPrep, in my opinion is still a start up company with the potential to do amazing things with the right people with the passion and drive to take the company to the next level.

We can work some long hours during the high event season but that is what event management is all about but it is rewarding when the event is successful. MedPrep has had some turn over in the past but I believe we are on the right path to ensure the success of the company and staff who are committed to teamwork and again have a passion for what we do and what we are striving to achieve
