TLDR: I believe that Medtelligent is one of the top companies in the world and will have a long and bright future in the assisted living industry and beyond. Although I've only been with the company for a very short time they have made a very strong impression. Everyone is treated with equal dignity and respect regardless of rank. The teams work as cohesive units and have great chemistry. Good pay and full benefits. No layoffs helps employees feel secure in their jobs. Values are front and center to the mission. Leadership recognizes that how you get somewhere is just as important as where you are going. Beautiful office downtown with lots of natural lighting throughout the day Kitchen is kept clean by employees and is wonderfully and delightfully managed with care. Leadership recognizes our efforts. Conversational and personal interviews The company is excelling in their goals and everyone stays on top of things. Minimal outside investment keeps leadership from needing to sacrifice values and culture for unsustainable growth (HUGE). So easy to meet a ton of people from various teams. Everyone is very friendly Hybrid work offered after 90 days.
