What do you get when this former ER doc thinks he can run a business? Chaos. Complete chaos! The leader of this business attempts to run multiple businesses "in one" by employing a few full time employees and then a host of consultants. He cares nothing about employee happiness. In fact, he does not care about his employees at all. If he did, he'd believe in job descriptions and CEO accountability for creating a positive workplace.
No one is in the c suite besides the CEO which tells you all you need to know. His way 100% of the time. His ego knows no bounds and he exerts control with his temper and the fear he creates amongst his staff.
