Usually daily pay, not always. Depends on if they have tech issues which is at least once a month.
Cons
The company constantly makes me argue over a few dollars or miles, they have constant tech problems, if you deliver anywhere new, you’re in for an incredible headache. I learned my area after a few months but any new patients it was a headache because there were constant address problems. Poor communication. Support team will drive you crazy with calls and techs and “gentle reminders “ There’s no room to advance and you’ll never get a pay raise. You’ll need a second job to make ends meet.
