Gave very flexible hours and times that fit my desired schedule. The tips were decent. Staff were very friendly and supported each other, great work culture and collaborative effort. Free shift meals, and sometimes colleagues would give me a dessert/appetizer as a bonus.
Cons
Management would be forgetful or neglectful of requests regarding reference bonus's, training pay, and accommodations for disabilities. Would ignore it or make promises without following through. Felt like I got dismissed a lot.
