Very good training and continuous coaching to refine Customer Service skills
Cons
Mandatory overtime. Never understood why they didn’t just hire people to cover weekends instead of forcing full time employees to work weekends on top of regular M-F hours. Over promising & under delivering on growth opportunities. Only “allowed” to use PTO certain times of the year & being forced to submit when you will use all of your PTO at the beginning of the year.
