Pros
Meeting Tomorrow's best attribute is it's people — They are truly some of the best in the world!
Cons
As an organization, they "say the right things" but need serious work to actually have those words align and reflect in their larger actions across all facets of the business. There needs to be an overhaul of their executive team to include more diverse people with broader life and work experience beyond MT (most have worked at MT exclusively or have limited previous work experience). They need to overhaul how they design and launch roles to ensure they actually understand what work is needed, how they can strategically add value to both customers and internal team, and how their teams can receive the support they need.
Diversity needs to be championed beyond philanthropic donations and ensure there is representation in all levels of the hierarchal structure. They also need to focus on diversity beyond who gets hired but also in who receives growth opportunities (and how often) , how they are upskilling and developing their team, ensuring everyone receives opportunities for their work to be recognized and most importantly ensuring all teams can thrive off of the pay, let alone survive.
