Pros
1. I have enjoyed my work all the time 2. I received my F&F(Full and Final settlements).[While almost all my colleagues told me i wouldn't receive it from company] 3. I earned decent package of 1.8L CTC 4. My personal boss always gave us freedom(being good lads we finished work on time) 5. We had a great deal of fun on site(That's the coolest part of being onsite) i.e no watch on you all the time as in HeadOffice
Cons
1. Site job i.e 24x7 on duty (away from home) 2. You may smell some politics around 3. Would add much to your brains if you are at "site" and not a "civil engg"
