Pros

many of the employees are friendly and nice.

Cons

All other employees were dominican, and more than half struggled with speaking English. The owner/CEO is lazy, cruel, mean, and a nepotist. The person who ACTUALLY runs the company is underpaid and underappreciated. Most of the employees are taken advantage of, overseas and paid unfairly. CEO has hired relatives who do no work, but get paid and receive health benefits. They refused to fire me (because they are cowards), and instead "gave me 0 hours" until I quit on my own. But while I worked there, they would have me interview and hire people, and as soon as they were done with them, had me fire them with out cause. (Because they were too expensive)

Pros

I have nothing but positive things to say about working at Megsoft. Everyone here is passionate, great at what they do, and helpful with their knowledge. The company works so well because we are trusted and given the tools to adapt and do things practically and correctly. I also constantly am learning a ton. Every day I look forward to working with these great people.

Cons

Sometimes you get to work lots of hours because of the workload.

Pros

Megsoft is an excellent company, one of the things I love about working here is how committed everyone is, not only to their quality of work or responsibilities but also to helping each other grow, professionally and personally, all with a touch of fun. Either when you're blocked on a task, or not feeling like yourself, there's always someone to guide you in the right path. The family atmosphere is quite palpable, I've never felt like a "number" or an "asset" just to make profit from, they work hard on taking good care of the resources and it shows.

Cons

Sometimes is hard to approach a task because priorities change a lot (The industry is always changing).
