      snacks coffee downtime friendly enough environment you could get friends if you network but dont show that you are networking? Tricky I know. Met people I would be friends with in real life.

      Cons

      cliquey coo and ceo are easily persuaded by the “friends” on site. Unclear expectations. Mercurial. You wont know where you until you are boxed up. Everyone is nervous unless they like you. Your work is great until someone that doesnt like you tells your boss it isnt. Too many cooks in the kitchen often. Its so almost great.

      Centrally located in DFW in Las Colinas

      Cons

      No insurance, no benefits, no bonus structure. No yearly budgets for hotels. No quarterly sales reviews, no true CRM. Shady business practices . Extremely high turnover in all positions. No training. Lack of overall sales process knowledge. Lack of brand awareness. Make sure you get everything in email just in case management forgets what they've promised you or if they forget what they said verbally.
