I’ve been with the company for three years now, and I am genuinely committed to growing and thriving here. We are not your typical corporate hospitality firm—I truly feel valued and understood. They go beyond just supporting work-life balance; they are flexible and compassionate when I need to work from home or take time off. The fact that they do not micromanage is such a breath of fresh air and means the world to me. I love how they treat everyone like an adult, trusting that each of us will get our work done. The upper management—like the CEO, Chief of Staff, and COO—is remarkably compassionate, more so than most in those roles, and their understanding creates an environment I truly appreciate. They offer us incredible flexibility, and I honestly love it. Plus, we have an amazing MC Cafe that provides a full breakfast and barista service, and on weekends, we bond as a team playing pickleball—these are just some of the reasons I feel so proud to be part of this company.
