Pay on time. It could be quite easy job if you get on the right side of the boss. if you know how to play the game, it can be quite a easy job.

Terrible culture. No leadership. Management is poor. Management style is old school. Compensation and benefit is below market. Has the so called strategy but is all talk and no action. Lots of gossips and favoritism.
