Pros
Inclusive, collaborative culture with an open feedback loop. People feel safe sharing their experiences, POV, ideas and working with the team to land the best way forward. The onboarding experience has been pretty incredible - lots of tools and resources available, great 1:1s with team mates and parters, and detailed 30/60/90 guidance. The brand is very DEI focused and are aligned to my personal values!
Cons
Excited to get more in-person time with the team to really understand the culture and people! Not a con -- just an opportunity to focus on. Mejuri is still a relatively new company and has been growing pretty rapidly so it will be good to see what growth & advancement opportunities are ahead.
