compensation increases for retail teams who are overperforming is not incremental to a living wage with inflation and cost of living taken into account. work life balance can be hard to find at times.

No brand alignment on standards
Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind
ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge
Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail
Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally
resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day
HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
