      Pros

      Health insurance is one of the best in the Idaho Falls area. Provides a healthy and professional work environment. The company has a positive impact in the community.

      Cons

      The headquarters need a renovation, but they've kept it up very nicely. Due to the economy, there is a current bottle neck for promotional opportunities at the entry level positions.

      Pros

      Develop good customer service skills and meet good co-workers. If you have the right supervisor, it makes your job a lot easier. They provide weeks of training so that you are prepared for the phones. Pays very well for the area.

      Cons

      Month-end and beginning schedules can be much longer than regular. Can be challenging to meet requiring time limits on calls.
