There are a lot of good changes going in or are starting in the company. They are starting to hire more people that will bring in experience and a better culture to integrate into the company's outdated ways.
Cons
The company is outdated and the structured is very skewed to only benefit the pay checks of the high-ups. The company seems to be afraid of changes and often resolve to its old, inefficient ways.
