Pros

I have worked at Melaleuca for a little over 2 years -$90 in free products to familiarize yourself with the products and provide a safer, more eco-friendly home for you and you family (I haven't needed to buy soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish detergent, or laundry soap since I've worked here) -great benefits (401K with Employer match, insurance, employee gifts and gift cards) -feedback and a system from leadership to help you improve and progress not just in the workplace -opportunities to explore other departments and promote

Cons

-tough phone calls (Supervisors and Managers help give training and positioning to handle these calls -adjusted schedules at the end of the month (About the last 4 days)

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
