      Pros

      For not having much experience other than being bilingual, it was pretty easy to get in and the pay is the best out of any other place you could work for in Rexburg, it can get stressful on month end but is pretty calm regularly

      Cons

      There is not much growth if you want to stay in the company for post graduation, they hours for part time during month end are very long.

      They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

      Pros

      Develop good customer service skills and meet good co-workers. If you have the right supervisor, it makes your job a lot easier. They provide weeks of training so that you are prepared for the phones. Pays very well for the area.

      Cons

      Month-end and beginning schedules can be much longer than regular. Can be challenging to meet requiring time limits on calls.
