The company is generous when it comes to time off and offers a flexible work schedule. The team includes some incredibly talented and knowledgeable professionals who are passionate about their work. There's a wonderful honeymoon phase just before the mask falls off to expose their insatiable appetite for control and profit.

There is truth in each one of these reviews (including the negative reviews which are mysteriously disappearing) and your experience will vary depending on which department you work in. Avoid applying for newly created positions - they’re often ill-conceived placeholders, thrown together without thought and then quietly erased when leadership decides to pivot. Be prepared to regularly accommodate last minute demands and systemic dysfunction. If you cannot make allowances for chaotic and abrupt decision making, this is not the place for you.
