Pros

Good salary and promised benefits. Great location of accommodation provided. Most of the colleagues are well mannered and respectful. Although, they are tolerating some bullies.

Cons

Huge delay in start of employment. It took 4 months to start. Asking numerous times the same documents, "forgeting" to tell you documents needed. Not fulfilling what was stated in the offer letter. Meals promised were not provided, until latter on in the resort. They are modest in quality. Bad living conditions. Although, beautiful location. The accommodation provided is more than 1h ride in 1 direction with the public transport that is NOT reliable. You lose at least 2,5 hours per day for commuting. Only 1 washing machine available for more than 400 people. 3 or 4 people in 1 hotel room!! For that they cut 400 euros from your salary. Ridiculous! Most of management is unqualified, but there because of connections. Most of them are bad boses, ordering around impolitely. There are few great leaders on the team. A lot of stress and panic, because of huge delays with arrival of equipment, and finishing the building site. Spending time in extremely dusty and freshly painted, smelly environment. Unsafe! Training Manager is not hired, so the trainings are silly and improvised by different F&B supervisors/managers. Groups of same nations are always together, not enough inclusion.
