      Talented people and high stakes work

      Cons

      Talented people, but the rigid 9 hr wfo workday feels outdated. Many competitors are shifting to 8 or even 7 hr focused days with better results. Would love to see more flexibility here. That extra hour doesn’t add real value because of burnout it would be better spent recharging with loved ones.
