- You need a thick skin and to see the bigger picture (rather than just selling media monitoring) Still has a start up feel which means certain situations are handled badly and processes aren't always clear - essentially some management have little or no experience themselves. Very top heavy management so allure of progression into running your own office, opening up a new market or product line is very unlikely. Also work life balance doesn't really exist
