Good place to work - Account Administrator Member Benefits Employee Review

I have been employed by Member Benefits for 23 years. Have enjoyed watching our company grow over the years along with our staff. Member Benefits offers great benefits, health, supplemental insurance options, and 401k with employer match. We have outings several times a year for employees to mingle outside of the work environment. Management understands families have issues that come up and works with employees allowing remote working if needed. I plan on staying with Member Benefits till I retire which won’t be any time soon. Looking forward to our new year.

It is a pay check.

There is absolutely no training and even less leadership. The team culture is non-existent at best and toxic at worst. Everyone is miserable and wants to bring others down to that level. Best wishes for anyone who considers a position with this company.
