      Pros

      The work is rewarding and interesting. The people who work there are respectful. They are unionized.

      Cons

      No chance of moving up. Absolutely no benefits. The union had to fight to have holidays off, but that's about it. You are treated by management as expendable. The work is highly specialized but the pay is low. Employees pay for parking.

      Pros

      Everyone is socially distanced at each of our stations and work is never too overbearing.

      Cons

      Starting pay is low and raises are far and few between. We don't get benefits which is a main reason why people leave after awhile.
