Pros
always supplied with the latest and best technology to do our job, open to trying new ideas and processes in order to improve the patient care.
Cons
the customer is ALWAYS right, even when it borders on abuse of a health care worker, they pay very well if you are an RN but support staff makes much less than what they deserve. can make more money per hour if you opt out of benefits.

We appreciate you for taking the time to leave your thoughts here, and we appreciate your commitment over the past year(s). Our mission, vision and values are what make Memorial Health a great place to work. We acknowledge your comments regarding the latest and best technology, as well as being open to trying new ideas and processes to improve patient care, which are invaluable as we examine our practices in order to enrich them. We value your opinion.
No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.
Cons
Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade.
There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement.
Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
