      Pros

      You get a lot of option with your hours if you are part time or per diem. Everyone is very sweet and helpful.

      Cons

      Some days the hospital is very, very slow and that can make for a boring 8 hours.

      I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

      Pros

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
