      Pros

      ER staff treated housekeepers wonderfully. Will pay for school/career development. Meet a lot of wonderful staff.

      Cons

      Overworked. Not appreciated by the EVS Department. Treated less than by a lot of staff even upper management because I was just "housekeeping".

      I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

      None. I loved working there.

      Pros

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
