Pros
Great environment to learn about all cancer diagnosis’ and treatments. The physicians are wonderful and compassionate about their patients. The facility is beautiful and there are some amazing staff working for the best interests of the patients. Many resources for the patients and family available.
Cons
Very large management turnover, which means a lot of plans aren’t followed through as the new managers aren’t aware of the goals of the previous manager. A LOT of unfairness when it comes to following the rules/policies/procedures-seems like the rules don’t apply to everyone, only some. The manager seems to never be present and a lot of “blanket statements” are made instead of speaking to the person(people) the message is intended for. Favoritism and false accusations seemed to be a huge issue that is never resolved, even when directly bringing the issue up to management and Directer.
