I applied this role and was invited for an interview. Before the interview, the HR canceled out of sudden because she was feeling unwell. After that, I received no further communication from the company, and they didn’t provide a proper reason for the cancellation. Our chat simply stopped, with no updates. Months later, when I was job hunting again, I noticed the position was advertised again. I sent a follow-up email to the HR team but got no reply. I believe it’s basic courtesy to inform applicants if they’re unsuitable and provide a reason. Overall, the interview experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this company. Everything looks fishy, weird and rude.

(HK office) - Struggles with basic management skills. - Stubborn and impulsive, often avoiding responsibility and leaving it to others to handle, which makes the work environment very very toxic. - Micromanages every little thing and is inconsistent with his decisions. - Doesn’t care about employees' feelings or well-being. He even told us not to bring emotions to work, yet he struggles to manage his own emotions and often gaslights employees. - No bonuses or double pay.
