If you are back of the house staff like CSR, receiving, RMA, merchandizing, your pay will only ever be fine. Company makes part of your salary listed as bonus to short you if you get fired and lower your EI benefits. Also, this "bonus" is the reason why those people in those departments will never get a raise. The company pads their bottom line by not even keeping their staff wages up with inflation. Loyalty is punished
