      Decent pay for a Qa position

      Pitiful raises, terrible management that have ridiculous expectations. Co-workers were written up for talking about a work issue. Morale is terrible, benefits are awful.

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Cons

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.
