Pros

- Day off every week allows for appointments and and errands during normal business hours - Plenty of walking - No previous experience or education needed - Pay rate is similar to Lowes/Home Depot, and higher than most other retail work - Relatively easy to get into management, especially if willing to relocate

Cons

- Must work every other weekend - Minimal staffing can mean a frustrating workload - Will not back pay - Pre-employment drug screening (urine) - Can be physically demanding - In-home online training is voluntary, so it is not required but also not paid for. Some subjects are very poorly covered and thus, ineffectual.

Pros

A few of the people are nice to work with.

Cons

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
