Pros

Plenty of work, no layoffs opportunity to move around the organization.

Cons

The schedule is a grind with the store open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday thru Saturday and 8 to 8 on Sunday. Line employees that close should not be scheduled before 9 a.m. the next day. Managers are expected to cover the schedule and close and open the next day as needed. Pay raises are locked in at 10 cents every 6 months and requires a written review and 10 question multiple choice test. No merit raises. Promotion raises are locked in to the size of the department and non-negotiable. You can earn more money by working more hours and ias a manager you'll need to because you won't have enough payroll hours to get everything done. You may not start prior to your scheduled shift without General Manager approval. Feel free to work beyond the end of your shift. In otherwords work life balance sucks.

Pros

Profit sharing checks, very flexible scheduling, friendly and helpful coworkers, easy job

Cons

10 cent and 50 cent pay increases only a few times a year, might force you to train to be a cashier or carryout, if small department you will take on management duties when they go on break, going home early to help payroll
