No regard for employees - Inventory Analyst Menards Employee Review

No real benefits, micromanagement, dishonesty. The worst response to the Covid-19 pandemic that I have seen from any company's headquarters. No option for office employees to work remotely and forcing employees to write their hours on a shared piece of paper putting everyone in any given department at risk. Multiple employees testing positive and they hold the information for multiple days before informing the employees they have been around potentially putting many more people at risk in the meantime. If you value the safety of your family and yourself avoid this company.
